My favourite movie character is Desmond Law. He is the main
character of a movie named “Echoes of the Rainbow”. I like Desmond Law because he is a good man, an outstanding student and a brilliant
runner. He is a good person; he loves his brother and parents. Although his
family is very poor, he works hard and hopes he will give his family a better
life in the future. He is an outstanding student. He has always got good marks
since he is a primary school student. His teachers love him very much. He is a
brilliant runner; he is the champion runner at Cocal High School. Everything about him is perfect.
Unfortunately,
one day he collapses suddenly after a typhoon nearly destroys his house, and his
father takes him to the hospital, where he is disagnosed with leukemia. However,
he doesn’t give up, he tries his best to study and doesn’t let his parents worry about him. He dies at the end but he lets me know that we need to work
hard. Although we will die soon, because our parents and friends love us, they can know the meaning of “never give up” from
our life. It is a gift for our parents and friends. I think if a person never
gives up, his/her spirit will never die.
